BP Church Community Care Groups

At BP Church, we believe that community happens more deeply and naturally when people “do life together” on a regular basis. We are committed to the statement that “No-one Walks Alone.” Community Care is a network of people willing to work together to address Care, Spiritual, Social, and Missional needs in the community where they live.

Community Care ministry is just starting, so please check below to see if there is a team within your community. If there is not a Community Care Team in your area. Please check back again shortly.

Why Community Care Groups?

To connect with one another.

Every community care group must have a social component to build relationships. The goal here is to help move people from the public space into the social space by providing events, activities, and gatherings to foster relationships.

To care for one another

In these groups, members will care for one another. They will seek to find ways to build relationships, care during times of crisis, and step in to meet their physical and spiritual needs.

To grow spiritually

Community Care Groups will also provide opportunities for people to grow spiritually. The main goal is not just conversion but Christ likeness and so is important to find and foster creative environments for people to grow.

To cultivate a missional life.

These groups should have a missional component. While this may be the last value to be developed in this group, it is no less important. The group consider appropriate ways  to share their faith, be an ambassador for Christ, and serve their community.
